Gym Beach is right on the border of the Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park. The camp ground is within the National Park while the beach to the north/east is outside the Park. The carpark of Gym Beach allows easy access to a slight head on the coast with the sand of Gym Beach spanning to the left and right.
